BALLET FUSION FITNESS
Ballet Fitness Fusion is a total body workout combining ballet fundamentals, cardio and strength training. You do not need any previous dance experience or any special attire. The class will begin at the ballet barre which is used to support the body during a series of exercises designed to increase the heart rate and to tone and lengthen the muscles. The second half of the class will take place on a yoga mat in the center of the floor. Here we will do stretching and strengthening exercises. All of the strengthening exercises are done using your own body weight and the result is lean, toned, muscles similar to those of a professional dancer. All of these exercises are done to upbeat and popular radio hits to keep the energy up for the entire class. The benefits of Ballet Fusion Fitness are weight loss, toned arms, flatter abs, better balance, elongated muscles, and
increased energy just to name a few. Please wear comfortable workout clothes, socks, and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel for the floor work.

BARRE BURN
Students step up to the barre to perform a variety of small, isometric movements, designed to sculpt lean, dancer-like physiques. Low impact with big results!  All fitness Levels are welcome.

BELLY DANCE FITNESS
This class incorporates belly dance moves for a total body workout.  Each class teaches several moves which are combined for a fun and fabulous dance.  The exotic hip scarves (provided) make it even more fun!

BOOT CAMP / INTERVAL TRAINING
Boot Camp / Interval Training has been found to be the most effective way to burn maximum calories and fat. This class alternates between intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning, finishing with abdominal work and stretching for a complete work out. Whether you want to lose weight or tone up, this is the class for you!

JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™
A high intensity and endurance based workout consisting of a 15 minute exercise practice and 30 minute interval circuit. You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance. If you are looking for results and are willing to put in the effort - this class is for you!

CARDIOPUMP
A high energy fitness class focusing on a combination of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Set to dynamic playlist, Cardiopump strengthens and tones muscles while keeping the heart rate up, thus yielding the most effective results. Challenging yet fun, Cardiopump will put you on the fast track to overall fitness.

CONDITIONING CLASS
The Conditioning class is a combination of Cardio, Pilates, Stretching, Toning, and Yoga exercises. This class is designed to burn calories, to lengthen the muscles, and to provide an all over toned, lean and healthy body. All you will need to bring is comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and a good attitude! In this class there will be traditional boot camp exercises such as lunges and crunches but you will also be introduced to dance inspired exercises to strengthen and lengthen the muscles for a lean dancer-like body. Anyone from a serious athlete to a beginner can enjoy and benefit from this class!

HOT HULA FITNESS®
provides a "total body workout" in 60 minutes as it isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. INTERVAL TRAINING
Whether you want to lose weight or tone up - this is the class for you! Interval training has been found to be the most effective way to burn maximum calories and fat. PILOXING BARRE
A comprehensive, well-rounded workout that is low-impact, yet intensity building. This class creates full body awareness utilizing a Ballet Barre for the entire class, both standing and grounded. Keeping with the PILOXING principles (Pilates-Boxing-Dance), you will sweat and be pushed past your limits for a sleek, sexy, powerful you!

Power 1/2 Hour
Gives you a total body workout consisting of both resistance training and cardiovascular training.  By combining lower and upper body exercises, we will work several muscle groups at once to burn calories and build muscle mass maximizing the benefits of your 30- minute workout!

STRETCH & STRENGTH
Stretch and Strength combines strengthening exercises and yoga type stretching/balancing moves to quiet the mind, increase flexibility and tone muscles.

TONE IT OUT!
Tone it out! is toning class that uses light weights and high reps to tone the arms, legs & core.  The class is choreographed to upbeat music to keep the heart pumping.  Due to the high repetition the routines are easily learned and NO dance background is required!  All fitness level are encouraged to take this class!

YOGA
Yoga combines physical poses or Asana, breathing techniques and meditation.  Exercise your body and your mind for improved health, inner peace and a more fulfilling life.

ZUMBA
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind dance fitness class. Experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, fun movements designed to make you look forward to your next work out!
